I didn’t expect a simple browser game to mess with my emotions this much, but here we are.
The first time I opened agario, I honestly thought it looked too simple to be interesting. A bunch of colorful circles floating around a grid? That didn’t exactly scream “exciting gameplay.”
But after just a few rounds, I realized something important: simplicity can be dangerously addictive.
What starts as a casual five-minute break quickly turns into an hour of intense focus, tiny victories, ridiculous defeats, and the constant thought of “Okay… one more round.”
If you’ve ever played agario, you probably understand exactly what I mean.
Let me share what my experience has been like — the fun moments, the painful ones, and the little strategies I’ve learned along the way.
When you first start agario, you appear on a giant map as a tiny cell.
The goal seems harmless enough:
Move around the map
Eat small pellets to grow
Eat players who are smaller than you
Avoid players who are bigger than you
That’s it.
There are no complicated controls or long tutorials. Within seconds, you understand everything.
But once other players start moving around the map, the game suddenly becomes chaotic.
You might be peacefully collecting pellets one moment…
…and running for your life the next.
