Colorado’s first ever women’s only mountain bike race is back for its fourth year! Team Yeti Beti is encouraging all women that mountain bike to come out for the Beti Bike Bash. We know that there are more women out there who want to try a race. Grab your other dirt loving friends and come out to test your skills against other women, or just come out and experience a Colorado mountain bike race.
All riders in the Pro/Open category are eligible to win a piece of the $4000 payout, thanks to Stan’s NoTubes! The Beti Bike Bash will be paying 15-deep, and you don’t have to hold a license (or not hold a license) to be in contention or compete in this cateogory.
We will also hold a kid’s race those those 7 & under for all tots who want to put a number plate on and pedal the hot lap in the tech/expo area.
The Beti Bike Bash course is now redesigned for 2014 with a new courses for Expert/Pro/Singlespeed and Junior 14 & Under racers. Juniors now have more options to race Beginner, Sport, or Expert distances in addition to the new Elevation Cycles Junior 14 & Under with three different lap options.
Never Ever :: 2 laps :: 8 miles
Beginner :: 2 laps :: 8 miles
Sport :: 3 laps :: 12 miles
Expert :: 4 laps :: 16.4 miles
Singlespeed :: 4 laps :: 16.4 miles
Pro/Open :: 5 laps :: 20.5 miles
Elevation Cycles Junior :: 1 lap :: .8 miles
Elevation Cycles Junior :: 2 laps :: 1.6 miles
Elevation Cycles Junior :: 3 laps :: 2.4 miles
We will offer top three age group recognition of 18 & under*, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50+ (If under three riders per category, age group categories will be combined) in Never Ever, Beginner, Sport and Expert, as well as Singlespeed, Pro/Open and all three distances in the Elevation Cycles Junior race.
