Art-Competition.net is proud to announce the Art Call “Emotion & Energy of Color 4”. There will be 7 Winners and 10 Honorable Mentions. This competition is open to all artists and photographers worldwide. The participant must be 18 years of age or older working in any still art medium: painting, drawing, collage, photography, Sculpture, digital art, fiber art, etc.
Theme: “Emotion & Energy of Color 4” – The judges for this most recent competition will be looking for works of art where the visual narrative presents the artist’s unique interpretation of a subject that is communicated through the emotion and energy of color, that is, how colors define your piece as an interpretation and reflection of the world and your surroundings, dreams, passions, and perhaps spirituality. We welcome all your submissions, which can be expressed in any artistic genre from representational to abstract. Color brings a strong, vivid, emotional depth to many subjects. Its application has properties which invite the viewer to grasp and absorb an inspiring and perhaps exciting range of sensations and visceral responses for the viewer.
