Get Your Rear in Gear 5K Run,Walk and Kids Fun Run

Sunday, May 18, Edina, MN
The Colon Cancer Coalition presents 9th Annual Get Your Rear in Gear 5K for colon cancer. The race is based at Southdale Center in Edina and runs though a beautiful neighborhood in Edina, and around Rosland Park. All adults receive a technical shirt and goodie bag; Kid’s receive a cotton t-shirt and medal. The course is USATF certified.

Pre-registration through May 13
Adults: $35
Children (12 and under): $15

After May 13 and on Raceday
Adults: $40
Children (12 and under): $15

Race Day Schedule

Registration Opens: 7 a.m.
Survivor Photo on the Main Stage: 7:50 a.m.
Opening Ceremony: 8 a.m.
Presentation of team and fundraising awards
Kids’ Fun Run: 8:30 a.m.
5K Timed Run: 9 a.m.
5K Walk: 9:05 a.m.
Entertainment: 9:45 to 11 a.m.
Top Finisher Awards: 9:45 a.m
