The Great Northern BBQ Cook-Off is a Kansas City Barbeque Society, KCBS, sanctioned cook off where teams will compete cooking Ribs, Brisket, Chicken and Pork Butt.
It takes place in Brainerd Minnesota on August 8-9, 2014.
Entry fee is $300; over $9,000 will be paid out.
